Early today when I was reading the UNICEF Newsletter and Facebook page, I was blown away with the things that are happen in Africa. Not only is there thousands of children dying from hungry, the parents if any has to try and protect their sons and daughters from a life of crime or other consequences. What are the policies set in place to help these young children to not choose a life of crime or to become a victim of being put into sex slavery? It’s horrible to think people can do this to children it’s very scary if you think about it. How can you just do stuff like this to children and no one cares. This is why I want to know as much as possible about the policies surrounding the early childhood field. So if you like take a look at this web site.

A 15-year old boy in Nyanga, South Africa, has a 1 in 20 chance of being shot dead before turning 35. Small arms have devastating consequences for children and young people. Plesae share this post with your friends to show the leaders of the world that an Arms Trade Treaty is crucial to protect the most vulnerable!

  1. That sounds so interesting. It would be difficult for me to research this topic. I am too sensitive for something like this. Sex slavery and crime for young children is something that I find extremely difficult. It is scary to think that people are introducing things of this nature to children at such a young age.
